* Review manpower requests on Success Factors and initiate sourcing * Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) / internal database / external consultants * Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews in coordination with hiring managers * Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details * Create a database of past applicants and potential candidates through social media, LinkedIn etc * Initiate offer letter process, medical check-up and background verification process * Initiation and completion of pre-onboarding and post-onboarding process on SF including filling of statutory forms * Conduct exit interviews for the employees leaving the organization * Conduct HR induction to the new joiners
