Key Responsibilities:💼
· Manage a team of Telesales Executive and achieve sales targets assigned to the team
· Motivate, train & lead the team towards successful outcomes
· Increase lead conversions from all team members
· Managing & monitoring client portfolios and advising them on a regular basis
· Maintaining overall spread of business in order to deliver highest lead to disbursal conversion
· Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
· Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
· Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:💻
· 2-4 years of experience in sales of Personal Loan/Over Draft or any other banking & financial product, preferably for online customers
· High-energy, positive attitude & passion for Sales
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Good in quantitative aptitude
· Must be a graduate
· Computer Savvy
· Should have handled a team of at least 6-8 people
· Flexible to work for 6 days a week
