A Telecaller Team Leader is responsible for managing and motivating a team of telecallers to meet sales and performance targets. Key duties include training staff, monitoring call quality, handling escalated customer issues, analyzing performance data, and creating reports for management. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales skills to drive team success and ensure customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities Team management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets. Training and development: Train new and existing team members to improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and communication abilities. Performance monitoring: Monitor individual and team performance using metrics, provide regular feedback, and conduct quality assurance checks on calls. Performance analysis and reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends, prepare daily/weekly performance reports, and present findings to management. Customer issue resolution: Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and issues that the team cannot resolve. Strategy and planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
