Job Description

A Wireless Network Engineer designs, implements, maintains, and optimizes wireless communication networks, focusing on technologies like Wi-Fi, cellular networks, and satellite communications. They ensure reliable connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and may also lead and supervise teams. Key Responsibilities: Designing and Planning: Developing wireless network infrastructure, assessing requirements, and planning for future needs. Implementation and Configuration: Installing and configuring wireless networking equipment like routers, switches, and access points. Maintenance and Optimization: Maintaining existing networks, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance for reliability and security. Testing and Quality Assurance: Testing wireless network functionality and performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Security: Implementing and maintaining network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Support: Providing technical support to end-users and other IT staff.
