Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nadia for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee and manage daily operations, coordinate with team members, and ensure timely project delivery. They will lead and motivate a team, encourage a productive work environment, monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop strategies to meet business goals and KPIs. Collaboration with different departments to optimize workflow will also be a significant aspect of the role.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in performance monitoring and providing feedback
Proficiency in project planning, task delegation, and achieving business objectives
Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with team members and cross-functional departments
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges effectively
Adaptability to on-site work conditions and local team dynamics
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is an advantage
