Team Lead – Content Marketing

How You’ll Contribute

1. Content Strategy

• Develop compelling content ideas that position

  Kolo as the go-to platform

  for Homeowners.

• Build and manage a

  dynamic content roadmap

  aligned with business objectives and user needs.

• Stay on top of industry trends in

  home construction and interior design

  , tailoring themes and formats accordingly.

2. Team Leadership

• Manage and lead a content team composed of:

• Social Media Manager

• Content Production Manager

• Graphic Designers

• Provide creative direction, set weekly plans, and ensure all content aligns with brand voice and strategic objectives.

• Ensure the team hits

  daily publishing and performance targets

  across platforms.

3. Platform Growth & Organic Reach

• Own and drive organic growth across

  Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

  .

• Create and oversee content formats that boost

  follower count, engagement, and virality

  .

• Design content campaigns that generate

  homeowner inquiries and lead interest

  through storytelling, education, and inspiration.

4. Execution Excellence

• Supervise and contribute to the creation of diverse content formats including blogs, case studies, reels, infographics, and customer stories.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with

  Advisory, Marketing, and Product

  teams to sync campaign messaging.

• Maintain high quality standards in both

  content creation and design execution

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Deliver

  daily performance reports

  on content reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.

• Track key metrics:

  weekly follower growth, content virality, and homeowner leads generated through organic content

• Use insights to optimize formats, timing, and messaging in future content cycles.
