About the Role

Team Leads



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 30+ AR associates to ensure high performance.
  • Distribute daily work volumes and ensure adherence to 

    client SLAs & turnaround times

    .
  • Support production and delivery for client-specific RCM processes and projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve workload-related challenges to ensure timely outcomes.
  • Conduct regular 

    quality assurance

     reviews to maintain service excellence.
  • Set performance goals, delegate tasks, and monitor execution for efficiency.
  • Analyze and track team metrics to drive 

    continuous improvement

    .
  • Identify training needs and deliver 

    targeted coaching

     to enhance team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with quality auditors to ensure compliance and improve quality scores.
  • Handle 

    client escalations

     and ensure complete client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate expertise in 

    end-to-end RCM

    , particularly 

    AR and denial management

    .



Candidate Profile: Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in 

    US Healthcare RCM

  • At least 2 years in a 

    Team Leader / Process Coach / Team Coach

     role
  • Current designation

     should reflect team leadership (Immediate joiners preferred)
  • Deep understanding of AR processes, denial management, and payer-specific guidelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing both teams and clients.
  • Ability to analyze KPIs and improve team and process performance.
  • Proficient in AR management software/tools, and experienced with 

    HIPAA compliance

    .
  • Familiarity with 

    insurance billing

    payer contracts

    , and 

    medical coding (CPT / ICD-10)

    .
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills for data tracking and decision-making.
  • Able to adapt to dynamic client needs and shifting healthcare industry standards.
