Team Lead AR (Accounts Receivable) - Revenue cycle management US Healthcare

As a Team Lead in AR (Accounts Receivable) at Wave Online Infoway, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of 30+ AR associates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). With a minimum of 5 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, including at least 2 years in managing teams/processes, you will lead by example and drive excellence in client-specific RCM processes and projects. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the AR team to achieve high performance levels, distributing daily work volumes to meet client SLAs, and providing support for production and delivery. You will troubleshoot challenges, conduct quality assurance reviews, set performance goals, and analyze team metrics to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, identifying training needs, collaborating with quality auditors for compliance, and handling client escalations will be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to analyze KPIs, proficiency in AR management software/tools, and experience with HIPAA compliance will be essential. Moreover, your advanced Excel and reporting skills will aid in data tracking and decision-making, enabling you to adapt to dynamic client needs and changing industry standards effectively.
