The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of successfully implementing process improvements. A critical aspect of this position involves analyzing trends, leveraging data-driven insights, and implementing strategic decisions to enhance team effectiveness.Stakeholder Management and Technical ExpertiseThe position requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, maintaining productive relationships with both external partners (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal teams (Finance, Operations Excellence, Fulfillment Centers). The Team Lead will serve as a primary point of contact for issue escalation and resolution, ensuring proper communication channels are maintained throughout the problem-solving process. Additionally, proficiency in data management tools (Excel, Access, SQL) is essential for conducting detailed analysis, generating reports, and presenting actionable insights to drive business performance.A day in the lifeThe Team Lead role focuses on shift management excellence, encompassing performance optimization and strategic change implementation. About The Team
This role will be part of a 7 membered team which takes care of Air and Rail operations for West. All job roles will be reporting to the Regional Manager.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
