Role Overview:

Team Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Coordination & Scheduling:

2. Manage daily schedules, meetings, and calendars for team members.
3. Coordinate between departments to ensure the timely completion of tasks.

4. Communication & Reporting:

5. Act as the first point of contact between management and team members.
6. Prepare and share reports on project progress, deadlines, and performance metrics.

7. Operational Support:

8. Monitor task assignments and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
9. Handle inquiries, emails, and updates from clients or internal teams.

10. Documentation & Compliance:

11. Maintain accurate records of meetings, project updates, and documentation.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes.

13. Event & Workshop Support:

14. Assist in planning and organizing internal events, training sessions, and student workshops.
15. Coordinate logistics and resource allocation for smooth execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in coordination, administration, or team support roles (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail.
