We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader (Sales & Marketing) who can not only drive business growth but also form and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team from the ground up. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Building & Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals. Set clear targets and ensure team members are aligned with company goals. Create a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Sales & Business Development Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct sales, partnerships, and referrals. Drive sales closures by building strong client relationships and delivering value-based solutions. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. Marketing & Brand Development Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to strengthen the company’s market presence. Coordinate with the management to build brand positioning and customer outreach strategies. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. Strategy & Reporting Work closely with senior management to align sales & marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management. RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum 4–7 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or related industries. Proven track record of building and leading successful teams. Strong business development and client relationship skills. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
