As a TEAL-Lead 1 Control Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and managing the control engineering team to ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the control engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of automation solutions for clients
• Develop and implement control engineering strategies and processes to improve efficiency and quality of work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in control engineering to ensure the company remains competitive
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all control engineering projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in control engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of control systems, PLC programming, and HMI design
• Experience with project management and budgeting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project implementation

Knowledge

• Hands-on experience in ABB, Fanuc, KUKA robots and Vision guided robotics will be considered as added advantage.

• 
  Integrate robot with peripherals such as Welding machines, Grippers, ATC, Machine Vision, Material Handling tools and other equipment.
• Safety protocols like Profisafe, DSC and Safety IO modules
• Familiarity with basics of global Industrial Robot standards and specifications, ANSI-RIA, IEC,etc.
• Communication protocols such as ProfiNet, Ethernet IP, CC-Link, Device Net and ProfiBus.
• Electricals, Pneumatics, Hydraulic, PLC, Servo, Vision, Robot, SCADA and other control systems
• Machine Testing and Commissioning in Automation Field
• Knowledge about electrical diagrams, product manuals, machine manuals
• Good Communication Skills.
