As the TEAL-Lead 1 Control Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and managing the control engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of automation solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the control engineering team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of automation solutions to clients.
• Develop and implement control engineering strategies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Identify and address any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the company's automation solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in control engineering, preferably in the automation solutions industry.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge of control systems and automation solutions.
• Proficient in programming languages such as PLC, HMI, and SCADA.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
