Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Industry Preference: Marketing / Digital / Creative Agency

Role Overview:

As a HR Executive , you will support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement for a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment (focus on digital/creative roles)
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain employee records
• Update HRMS and handle documentation
• Support HR operations and engagement activities

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA/B.Com/BA or related field)
• Internship to 1 year of HR experience
• Prior exposure to creative/marketing/digital recruitment preferred
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, quick learner, and well-organized
