Talent Development Manager

As a Talent Development Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the enterprise-wide talent strategy, leadership capability building, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing group-wide talent frameworks to enhance the talent management process. - Leading assessment and development centers to ensure leadership readiness within the organization. - Driving culture transformation and DEI programs to foster an inclusive work environment. - Building governance models and enhancing HR capability across group companies. - Collaborating with CHROs, senior leaders, and global experts to align talent development initiatives with organizational goals. We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR Strategy. - Demonstrated expertise in designing talent frameworks, conducting assessments, and implementing DEI initiatives. - Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills to drive collaboration across teams. - Strategic mindset with a track record of executing talent development programs effectively.
