Location: Delhi Dwarka Designation: Business Development Salary Range : 6Lacs to 12Lacs Per annum Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Operations Associate to join our dynamic payments division. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building a robust sales funnel, converting leads, and managing client relationships. Your passion for the fintech space and strong analytical skills will be instrumental in strategizing new products and partnerships, implementing new services, and contributing to project management. Responsibilities: • Sales & Lead Generation: o Assist in building and executing sales strategies to generate leads for prepaid instruments, FASTag, and UPI payments. o Qualify leads, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities. o Manage the sales funnel, nurture leads, and convert them into paying clients. o Assist in sales presentations and negotiations • Client Management: o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. o Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly. o Manage client accounts and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery. • Product & Strategy: o Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on current trends and developments in the Indian fintech space. o Contribute to new product ideation and the development of innovative payment solutions. o Identify and evaluate potential partnerships to expand Transcorp's reach and offerings. • Project Management & Operations: o Assist with project management tasks for new product launches and service implementations. o Ensure efficient workflow and maintain accurate records. o Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals. o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales and marketing campaigns. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • 2+years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (a strong internship can substitute for experience). • Understanding of the Indian fintech landscape, including digital wallets, prepaid cards, FASTags, and UPI. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Analytical mind with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently while remaining a team player. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (a plus).
