Role : This role is responsible for driving growth of the Transwire digital remittance platform by acquiring new partners, increasing transaction volumes, and ensuring seamless onboarding, activation, and support of agents/clients in the assigned territory.


Objectives : Drive client acquisition and revenue growth for Transwire Remittance by targeting businesses with cross-border payment needs. Build lasting relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and exceed sales targets across the region while ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and maintaining customer satisfaction

Roles & Responsibilities:

Departmental Activity : Identify and engage prospective clients with cross-border remittance needs (e.g., exporters, importers, MSMEs, travel agents, educational consultants, etc.) Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Understand client requirements through detailed needs assessments and propose tailored Transwire Remittance solutions. Deliver persuasive sales pitches, product demos, and negotiate commercial terms. Close deals and consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and onboarding targets. Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance during onboarding.

Organizational Activity :Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Stay updated on market trends, RBI guidelines, and competitor offerings in the remittance and payments space. Participate in corporate events, roadshows, and industry forums to generate leads and brand visibility, share obectives 

Other : Keeping up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and best practices Develop and maintain relationships  Participate in industry groups and forums to stay informed about industry trends and best practices Preparing Daily / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly MIS Report from time to time. All the other task assigned by the reporting authority as per requirement
