Job Description

As a seasoned HR professional with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading and managing the performance management system to enhance employee productivity and ensure continuous development through effective training programs. Your role will involve designing and implementing strategies that align individual goals with organizational objectives, driving continuous learning, and skill enhancement to maintain a robust talent pipeline. You will play a crucial part in fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and productivity across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with department managers to align departmental goals with individual performance targets, ensuring all training and productivity strategies adhere to industry standards and best practices, and leading HR-led initiatives such as workshops and seminars to promote performance improvement and development. Additionally, you will guide departments in setting performance goals, facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps and developmental areas crucial for success. Collaborating with division and department heads, you will develop strategies to improve overall performance, productivity, and employee development. You will regularly report on key performance metrics, propose strategies for continuous improvement, and maintain strong internal communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of initiatives. Furthermore, you will work on evaluating KRAs and KPIs for the entire organization, create initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction, and present regular reports on performance trends and improvement strategies. Your role will also involve promoting a culture of excellence and addressing underperformance constructively through performance improvement plans and coaching. Additionally, you will be required to stay updated on current market scenarios and perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting authority as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA in HR, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a go-getter attitude, and a solid understanding of performance management systems and tools. Your organizational and multitasking abilities will be crucial in effectively managing training programs and productivity enhancement initiatives.
