Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess candidates effectively and efficiently.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
