Talent Acquisition & Training Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to build strong people processes from the ground up.

Talent Acquisition

• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across corporate and property-level roles.
• Partner with property managers and department heads to understand manpower needs and craft precise JDs.
• Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, hospitality colleges, and employee referrals.
• Lead structured screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes that ensure cultural alignment.

Training & Development

• Develop training frameworks for property teams: guest service, F&B, housekeeping, upselling, grooming, and safety.
• Create and roll out a standardized 

  training calendar

   across all Vibescapes properties.
• Conduct soft skills and leadership training for managers.
• Monitor training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, and improvement in guest experience scores.

HR Operations & Engagement

• Drive onboarding and induction aligned with Vibescapes’ brand ethos.
• Implement appraisal frameworks, skill assessments, and career growth plans.
• Launch employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain HR records.

• 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in 

  hospitality or service-led industries

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and people skills.
• Hands-on, process-driven, and excited to travel across properties.
• Passionate about hospitality, culture-building, and people development.
