We're growing and looking for Housekeeping Supervisors to lead cleanliness, upkeep, and team excellence across our serene destinations.

Overview

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public spaces, and the entire property. You’ll lead, train, and manage the housekeeping team while ensuring every corner of the retreat reflects the calm, clean, and comforting Vibescapes experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule the housekeeping team (room attendants, janitorial staff, laundry, etc.)
• Oversee and inspect guest rooms, public areas (lobbies, dining, spa, restrooms), maintenance of the entire property ensuring top hygiene and aesthetic upkeep at all times
• Ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness of outdoor spaces such as gardens, walkways, patios, and lounges
• Train new team members on eco-conscious cleaning, guest interaction, safety, and property protocols
• Maintain and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities
• Uphold sustainability practices in housekeeping operations, in line with our nature-first values
• Address guest feedback promptly, ensuring issues are resolved with professionalism
• Coordinate with other departments (front office, maintenance, F&B) for seamless operations
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on staff performance, cleanliness standards, and inventory usage

Requirements

• 3–5 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position
• Background in boutique hotels, eco-resorts, or hospitality preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable housekeeping practices
• Comfortable working weekends and flexible shifts
• Language proficiency in English and Marathi/Hindi preferred
• Physically fit to manage operations across large property areas
