Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP, Data Engineering, and Cloud roles
• Understand job requirements from project teams and quickly turn them into quality pipelines
• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical fit, attitude, and communication skills
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, and close offers
• Maintain candidate trackers and provide regular hiring updates to internal stakeholders
• Work on tight timelines and adapt quickly to shifting business priorities
• Maintain hiring dashboards, update trackers, and support reporting needs
• Be responsive, proactive, and ready to stretch when delivery needs demand it
• Manage hiring across

  India and Europe

  — understanding time zones, availability, and work authorization needs

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with demonstrated success in hiring for

  SAP, Data, or Cloud

  roles
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Strong sense of ownership – ability to work with minimal supervision
• Flexible attitude, willing to stretch for business-critical roles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT services or staffing firms supporting global clients
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Zoho Recruit, KEKA or similar ATS
• Understanding of hiring nuances (notice periods, work permits, cultural expectations)
