Job Title: SAP Ariba & MM Lead Consultant Function: Technology – VOIS Department: Corporate Applications Location: Pune (Preferred) / Bengaluru Reports To: Lead – Corporate Applications Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Lead Consultant with strong secondary expertise in SAP MM to manage and deliver end-to-end solutions in a dynamic SAP landscape. The role demands a deep understanding of Ariba P2O, Guided Buying, Sourcing, and Invoicing , along with solid hands-on experience in SAP MM . The ideal candidate will lead projects across implementation, configuration, integration, and rollout phases while ensuring business alignment and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage SAP Ariba implementations (P2O, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Invoicing). Provide SAP MM support as a secondary function, with integration into Ariba and S/4HANA. Configure and maintain Ariba modules and ensure seamless integration with SAP MM and S/4HANA. Develop and maintain interfaces, enhancements, reports, and data migration tools . Create and review documentation such as Functional Specifications (FS), Technical Specifications (TS) , and test scripts .. Support data migration, cutover, and rollout activities in greenfield and brownfield projects. Collaborate with business users and development teams in an Agile environment to translate business requirements into deliverables. Contribute to ongoing enhancements and support for deployed solutions. Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA Simple Logistics capabilities and related innovations. Ensure quality delivery and documentation of all changes, adhering to security and compliance standards. Required Qualifications and Skills Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical streams . 6+ years of overall experience with at least 4-6 years in a lead role working on SAP Ariba and MM. Strong primary expertise in SAP Ariba with hands-on experience in: P2O (Procure-to-Order) Guided Buying Sourcing and Invoicing Sound secondary knowledge of SAP MM , including procurement cycles and integrations. Experience in interface design , custom enhancements , and data migration tools. Proven track record in Agile delivery models . Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise across business and IT teams. Preferred Skills Exposure to S/4HANA Simple Logistics is a plus.
