Role Overview:

Talent Acquisition Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle across various departments
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
  • Release offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS
  • Support employer branding, campus hiring, and walk-ins
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines


Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment platforms
