🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles—from job requisition to candidate onboarding.

• Sourcing Candidates:

• Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking events) to attract top talent.

• Screening & Interviewing:

• Conduct telephonic and virtual screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders or clients.

• Client Collaboration:

• Partner with clients to understand role requirements, provide updates, and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

• Offer Management:

• Extend job offers, negotiate compensation/terms, and support onboarding formalities.

• Database Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers.

• Market Research:

• Stay current on market trends, salary benchmarks, and evolving recruitment best practices to enhance sourcing strategy.

📌 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum

  1 year of recruitment experience

  handling both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Good understanding of various industries, job roles, and functions.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
