Job Description

  • Meet the monthly hire goals
  • Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities
  • Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements
  • Update and track candidates in internal ATS
  • Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders
  • Work all assigned job orders until covered
  • Attend daily/weekly req meeting
  • Establish relationships with candidates
  • Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations
  • Flexible to work on Saturday if any Walk-in or immediate demands to be covered
  • Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Should have excellent written communication skills
  • 06 Years - 40 years of recruiting experience (Staffing Industry/ Customer service experience preferred)
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
