Key Responsibilities: 1) Talent Sourcing & Acquisition • Design and execute strategic recruitment plans. • Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, social media, and more. • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates with innovative sourcing techniques. 2) Candidate Screening & Evaluation • Review resumes and assess based on skills, experience, and company fit. • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to evaluate qualifications. • Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated with candidate details. 3) Process Coordination & Recruitment Operations • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. • Ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process. • Maintain records and analyze trends to enhance our hiring strategies.
