Job Description

Summary:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proven experience in hiring for UAE and Pan India locations.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
