Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including leveraging LinkedIn and other social media platforms to source candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, CV databases, and professional networks.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting job ads, conducting interviews, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build a talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide reporting on hiring metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote a positive candidate experience.
• Use applicant tracking systems effectively to track applicants through every stage of recruitment.
• Contribute to recruitment policy improvements and employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles, ideally with 2-5 years of experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable.
• HR certifications such as CIPD or HR Certification Institute credentials are advantageous.
