Job Title: Oracle Demantra (On-Premise) Techno-Functional Job Mode: Remote Project Type: Support Job Profile: Techno-Functional Consultant / Lead / SME Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Demantra Techno-Functional Consultant to support and maintain our on-premise Demantra environment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of functional understanding and technical skills to manage support activities, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Demantra (On-Premise) application, including Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Forecasting Workbench. Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues related to Demantra workflows, collections, and forecasting engines. Collaborate with business users to understand planning requirements and provide timely resolutions. Perform technical troubleshooting related to integration with Oracle EBS or other ERP systems. Monitor and maintain Demantra collections, workflow failures, and engine run schedules. Perform configuration updates, patch analysis, and regression testing as needed. Create and maintain documentation for support procedures, knowledge base articles, and root cause analyses. Support system enhancements, version upgrades, and performance tuning activities. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Demantra (On-Premise) as a Techno-Functional Consultant. Strong understanding of demand planning , forecasting models , and integration with EBS (especially ASCP and INV). Proficient in PL/SQL , workflow troubleshooting, collection scripts, and performance tuning. Experience in support projects, working with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira. Ability to work independently and manage priorities during PST time zone hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST). Excellent communication and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules (e.g., ASCP, INV, PO) is a plus. Exposure to Demantra upgrade or migration projects is a bonus.
