Key Responsibilities:

• Specialist Sourcing:

  Identify and recruit top-tier talent in

  telecom infrastructure, MVNE/MVNO platforms, cloud telecom services

  , and core engineering roles.

• Targeted Outreach:

  Build pipelines of qualified candidates from

  Syniverse, Tata Communications, BICS, Plintron

  , and other MVNE/MVNO players.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  Own the recruitment lifecycle for critical engineering, telecom infra, and platform roles.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Partner with tech leaders and founders to align hiring strategies with roadmap requirements.

• Talent Mapping:

  Maintain an up-to-date map of senior MVNE talent across India and global markets.

• Employer Branding:

  Position Prune as an exciting, high-growth opportunity in the D2C + telecom tech ecosystem.

• Reporting & ATS Management:

  Maintain dashboards, candidate pipelines, and track funnel efficiency.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in

  tech hiring

  , with at least 2 years focused on

  telecom or platform engineering recruitment

  .
• Prior experience hiring from telecom solution providers such as

  Syniverse, Tata Communications, Route Mobile, Plintron

  , etc.
• Familiarity with telecom domains like

  IN, HLR/HSS, Diameter, PCRF, SMSC, SS7, eSIM platforms, billing systems

  , etc. is a strong plus.
• Strong command over sourcing via

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referral networks, and passive outreach

  .
• High agility in working with startups or founder-led environments.
