As a Senior IT Recruiter at our organization, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle for experienced professionals ranging from junior to senior levels in the field of information technology. With over 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, you will bring strong expertise in high-volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination within a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve collaborating successfully with senior managers and business leaders, demonstrating a solid understanding of our organization's vision, business model, and operations. Your exceptional networking skills will enable you to form strategic recruiting partnerships and identify, attract, and develop internal talent within the company. In this position, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, making offers, onboarding, preparing reports, and managing stakeholder/client relationships effectively. Your analytical approach will involve utilizing data to support recruiting goals without compromising the quality of the candidate experience. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, making salary recommendations, negotiating offers, and ensuring a prompt closure of candidates. Your ability to build brand awareness and interest in the Indian region will be crucial to attracting top talent. As an individual contributor, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your high energy, passion for technology, and strong sourcing capabilities will be essential in achieving monthly hiring goals and establishing positive relationships with delivery managers and technical panels. Utilizing various channels such as social media, job boards, internet sourcing, internal referrals, and other technical means, you will independently drive recruitment efforts for experienced candidates during both weekday and weekend virtual drives.
