The core objective of this role is to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination, to fulfill the organization's talent acquisition requirements. The role is responsible for delivering a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers, while ensuring adherence to established recruitment policies and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Review and manage internal and external sourcing sites and job posts.
  • Source profiles from various job sites, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate between teams and management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client guidelines.
  • Handle candidate document management, background checks, and reference checks.
  • Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates.
  • Manage data and maintain work queues and daily transactional volumes.
  • Prepare daily reports on volumes and SLAs.
  • Create and send job offers as part of offer management.
  • Track and report hiring progress regularly.
  • Engage with stakeholders to assess candidate pipelines.
  • Oversee daily operations of the recruitment team.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide training to team members.
  • Maintain SLAs with respect to TAT and accuracy.
  • Handle email queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance performance and ensure quality.
  • Support in identifying and eliminating errors to foster a zero-defect culture.
  • Stay updated on best practices, industry standards, and quality methodologies.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of ATS/HRIS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, candidate sourcing tools, and job sites (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams, and Adobe.
  • Working knowledge of Talent Acquisition and/or HR Services processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and manage client expectations.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and relevant markets.
  • Ability to ensure 100% adherence to reporting, audit, and process deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline or equivalent degree.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment databases and sourcing tools.

    9:00 AM 8:00 PM (General Shift)
  • Work Schedule:

    Sunday to Thursday
  • Working Days:

    5 Days (Work from Office – mandatory for at least initial 4 months)
