Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to meet business hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment process for IT roles from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies. Utilize various sourcing techniques (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to attract top IT talent. Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers. Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment (preferably across multiple tech stacks and levels). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred). Nice to Have: Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
