Talent Acquisition Specialist - Non IT Recruitment

Role & responsibilities

The TA consultant will attract talent from diverse background, organize the entire hiring lifecycle events and drive quality assurance across all deliverables and ensure compliance to organization norms and standards. Role will ensure right hiring mix as defined, will publish dashboards and relevant metrics and attend regular hiring updates.

Technical Skills:

• Talent Acquisition experience encompassing the entire gamut of recruiting with a significant experience in hiring Non- IT & Volume based hiring Specially in US Mortgage, Commercial Hiring & Residential Hiring
• Basic experience in workday or any other popular ATS
• Strong knowledge of the local talent market and sourcing channels
• Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing techniques and skills
• Strong research and candidate lead generation skills
• Should have basic understanding of compensation structures and fitment as per job roles.
• Experience in achieving recruiting goals under tight deadlines.
• Strong sourcing strategies with an ability to manage multiple searches with varying priorities
• Strong social media hiring skills
• Experience with HR analytics and metrics and an ability to use analytics to make better hiring decisions.
• Stakeholder management experience
• Workday experience is an added advantage

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of formal education – Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
