Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top talent for core sectors such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Steel, Construction, and Metals & Minerals. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding, including tasks like screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and maintaining recruitment pipelines.
