About the Role

As a part of recruitment team at Nexer, you’ll do more than just fill positions — you’ll play a vital role in building the teams that drive our success. You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment journey, from understanding business needs to sourcing, engaging, and onboarding the best talent. You’ll collaborate closely with business managers and onsite teams, while also leading initiatives in employer branding to showcase Nexer as an employer of choice.

This role is about ownership, impact, and being part of a growing India team where your work shapes both our culture and our future.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and human experience for every candidate
  • Partner with managers to not just fill roles, but find cultural fits who will grow with us
  • Build strong pipelines for niche IT/Non IT talent and emerging skills
  • Champion employer branding by telling our story on social media and beyond
  • Manage ATS and provide insights that help us hire smarter and faster
  • Act as an ambassador of Nexer’s culture in every interaction

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of IT recruitment experience (small/mid-size company experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of IT skills and talent market dynamics
  • Bonus if you’ve worked on Microsoft Dynamics hiring
  • Skilled at sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with candidates
  • A communicator who believes recruitment is about people, not just process
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments but never loses the human touch

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience (preferably in small/mid-size IT companies or startups).
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics hiring (AX, CRM, D365) will be a strong plus

  • Strong knowledge of IT skills and technologies (Cloud, .NET, Java, Data, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple IT roles in a fast-paced environment.
