Join a product team of developers, designers, and a design systems manager and create a companywide Web Component based library and design system that will be adopted by a global suite of digital products. We are looking for a designer who has proven experience with working on a design system within Figma and who is excited by creating scalable Figma components and intuitive documentation for other designers and product teams. You're curious by nature and eager to adopt new technologies that enable scalable and the most maintainable solutions. You are as much vested in the impact our product and team intents to achieve as you are focused on the deliverables. You’ll support us with the adoption of the component library. This will involve providing advice to other designer, sharing best-practices and at times jumping into other people’s designs to provide feedback. We are making components work now and into the future, so you’ll be adding and updating the library to meet our user’s needs. Join an internal product team of developers, designers, and a design systems manager in creating and maintaining a companywide design system, including in a native web component library that will be adopted by a global suite of digital products to create industry leading front-end experiences. We are looking for a result-driven product owner who understands the importance and impact of a well-maintained backlog. You have advanced knowledge of front-end development and can apply it at scale across multiple digital products using native Web Components (LIT). You know your way around advanced JavaScript, TypeScript, and are proficient with React. You're someone that has been working with advanced application logic and knows best practices. You're curious by nature and eager to adopt new technologies that enable scalable and the most maintainable solutions. You are as much vested in the impact our product and team intents to achieve as you are focused on the deliverables.
