Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring processes. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with leadership to establish employer branding initiatives, identify top talent, and ensure an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates. The specialist will also work to enhance and innovate the recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and assessing candidate suitability
• Knowledge and experience in Employer Branding to attract top talent
• Strong Recruiting skills with the ability to source and engage high-quality candidates
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Experience in the legal or professional services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
