We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive – Internal Hiring (US Staffing)

Are you a passionate recruiter ready to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven HR environment? We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to lead internal hiring for our US staffing operations.

Location: 9th Floor, Reach Tower, near Tulip Chowk, Sector 70, Gurgaon

Shift Timings: 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (UK Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and forecast hiring needs
• Build strong candidate pipelines using portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Track recruitment data and maintain dashboards & reports
• Work within timelines to meet internal staffing goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Internal Hiring
• Hands-on experience in bulk hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple roles and tight deadlines
