We are looking for a skilled and dynamic "Recruiter" to join our recruitment team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for roles in various domains such as Product, Sales, Marketing, HR Legal, Finance, Product Delivery Operations, IT. This role requires a thorough understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to Business/corporate roles and Tech Roles.

Source candidates using a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).

Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct initial interviews (telephonic or in-person) to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future vacancies.

Prepare and extend job offers, and negotiate compensation packages in line with company policies.

Stay updated with current recruitment trends and best practices for Payments/Fintechs


Requirements:

BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on Product hiring, Niche roles.

Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Qualifications:

3-8 years of experience

Experience recruiting for roles in industries such as BFSI, Fintech, Payments is must
