Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for mid & senior-level positions in the Life Insurance industry.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using
Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking
.
Conduct
market mapping
to identify top talent across competitors.
Partner with business leaders and clients to understand manpower requirements.
Build and maintain a robust candidate database for leadership & niche roles.
Prepare and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports using
Excel
.
Ensure smooth candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2to 6 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition within the Life Insurance / BFSI industry
.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills for client and candidate interactions.
Hands-on experience with
job portals (Naukri.com), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.)
.
Ability to close senior-level and specialized positions within timelines.
