Role & responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

Utilize Naukri.com and other job portals to identify and attract suitable candidates for various roles.
Create and manage job postings to maximize visibility and reach.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Screening & Evaluation

Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Evaluate resumes and applications based on job requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role-specific expectations.

Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates.
Manage interview logistics including calendar invites, feedback collection, and status updates.

Database & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress.
Generate weekly reports on sourcing and interview metrics.
