Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers across Tech, Marketing, Customer Service and Product to define role requirements and design effective recruitment plans for Leadership/C-Suite Hiring.
  • Source talent using diverse methods including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, professional communities, and industry networking events.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, industry knowledge, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidates end-to-end through the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activities in the ecommerce space.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for frequently hired roles.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to strengthen employer branding and position the company as an employer of choice in the ecommerce industry.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, ecommerce, product driven industries.
  • Proven success in hiring for ecommerce organizations.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, social media recruiting and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.
