As a skilled Leadership Hiring Specialist at Intellect Design Arena, your role will involve leading end-to-end recruitment for senior roles across product, technology, and business functions. You should be proficient in headhunting, stakeholder management, and candidate experience, particularly within the BFSI or enterprise technology domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage full-cycle hiring for VP, Director, and senior roles in Product, Delivery, Sales, Engineering, Architecture, and Marketing. - Execute targeted headhunting and market mapping strategies to identify and engage top leadership talent. - Collaborate with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define role expectations, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategy. - Maintain robust candidate pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, and talent intelligence. - Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including outreach messaging and leadership engagement. - Track hiring metrics, dashboards, and progress reports using Excel and ATS tools. - Represent the company professionally in external talent forums and leadership networks. **What You Bring:** - 6-10 years of experience in leadership hiring, preferably in BFSI, fintech, or enterprise tech organizations. - Strong headhunting and direct sourcing capability with a deep understanding of leadership roles in business and technology. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with CXO-level candidates. - Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and influencing business decisions. - Proficiency in Excel and hiring dashboards with attention to detail in data and reporting. - High ownership mindset; excels in an individual contributor role with minimal supervision. - Passion for candidate experience and employer branding.
