Job Description

We are hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Exp: 2-4 years

Location: Baner, Pune.

Shift: 12:00pm to 9:00pm

(WFO)


We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate must be extremely strong in sourcing, screening, and engaging top technical and marketing talent, with a solid understanding of technologies such as .NET, Angular, QA, DevOps, SQL Server, and Marketing positions. Experience with Zoho Recruit will be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities


-Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from job posting to onboarding support.

-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and project needs.

-Source and engage candidates using advanced sourcing tools, Boolean search, LinkedIn, job portals, and technical communities.

-Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit using a strong understanding of technologies.

-Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide an excellent hiring experience.

-Build and manage a pipeline for niche and high-priority roles.

-Use Zoho Recruit or a similar ATS for application tracking, workflow management, and reporting.

-Share recruitment updates, challenges, and solutions with internal stakeholders.

-Contribute to employer branding through job postings, social presence, and networking.


Required Skills


· Strong expertise in technical hiring for roles involving .NET, Angular, DevOps, cloud, SQL developers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Project Mangers, UI/UX designers.


· Experience in hiring for Marketing related positions including Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media managers, Content writers etc.


· Exceptional sourcing abilities and experience with niche talent engagement.


· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


· Proficiency with Zoho Recruit or other ATS platforms.


· Ability to work in a fast-paced IT services environment.


Qualifications


-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.

-2 – 4 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.

-Experience hiring for IT services or product development companies preferred.
