Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at INVOICEMART - A.Treds in Thane, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end hiring for mid, senior, and leadership-level roles, primarily in sales and IT functions. Your role will involve driving the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing high-quality candidates, managing stakeholder expectations, and building a strong talent pipeline in banking, fintech, and NBFC sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to leadership roles in sales and IT, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic hiring solutions. - Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels such as social platforms, job portals, and internal databases. - Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a seamless candidate experience. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent, particularly in banking, fintech, and NBFC sectors. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically in sales hiring at mid/senior/leadership levels. - Strong exposure to recruitment in banking (corporate setups), fintech, or NBFC domains. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
