Job Description We are looking for a self-driven Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in BFSI, Fintech, Insurance, and Sales hiring. This is a non-IT recruitment role ideal for professionals who thrive as talent hunters and are excellent at building pipelines via Naukri REX, LinkedIn, and personal networks. Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for BFSI, Fintech, Sales, Insurance, and Operations roles. Proactively source candidates via Naukri REX, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho People, and personal networks. Screen, evaluate, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring positions. Share regular dashboards and updates using Zoho People ATS. Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience . Work closely with leadership on closure timelines and recruitment strategies Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition within BFSI, Fintech, or Insurance sectors. Hands-on expertise with Naukri REX, LinkedIn search (Boolean/advanced filters), and Zoho People ATS. Strong focus on Sales, Operations, and BFSI hiring not IT recruitment. Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), confident personality, and stakeholder management ability. Self-initiator with a result-driven approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
