Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for
US IT requirements
(Contract / C2C / W2 / Full-Time roles).
Source skilled candidates using portals like
Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Naukri, Corp-to-Corp
, and internal databases.
Screen candidates for technical fitment, communication skills, and project experience.
Work closely with Account Managers to understand job descriptions and client expectations.
Submit qualified profiles within timelines and maintain a high submission-to-interview ratio.
Negotiate pay rates (C2C/W2/1099) with consultants and vendors.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, onboarding, and offer follow-ups.
Maintain daily submission reports, candidate pipelines, and CRM/ATS updates.
Build and manage long-term relationships with consultants and vendor partners.
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously with quick turnaround time.

Preferred candidate profile

6 months to 5 years of experience in
US IT Recruitment / Bench Sales / Talent Acquisition
.
Candidates from
Tamil Nadu or Kerala
willing to relocate to
Nagercoil
.
Excellent communication skills and strong command of English.
Good understanding of
US Tax Terms
: C2C, W2, 1099.
Familiar with
US time zones, visa types, and hiring processes
.
Strong negotiation, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in
Night Shift
aligning with US EST/PST.
Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with
Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and VMS portals
is an added advantage.
