Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Experience: 1 to 3 Years Openings: 4 Positions Job Location: Chennai / Pondicherry Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process preferrably non-IT requirements Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring experience. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports using Excel and Word. Key Skills & Requirements: 1–3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in non-IT recruitment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less will be given preference. Preferrably : Immediate Joiners or up to 15 Days Preferred Contract Period: 3 to 6 Months. Based on performance, full time opportunity can be provided.
